Happy Hour: Make your dives count - September 18, 2018

Part of our celebration of AWARE Week 2018!

Come find out how to Make Your Dives Count through REEF and Citizen Science. Neil Ericsson, a volunteer fish surveyor for Reef Environmental Education Foundation (REEF), will talk about how surveys are done, and how marine biologists and policymakers use the data collected to make a difference in protecting our underwater environment. Surveying is also a great way to “give back” while learning more about marine life and making every dive count!

When: Tuesday, September 18, 2018 starting at 6:30 PM

Where: Rosemary’s Thyme Bistro (1801 18th Street NW)

RSVP on Facebook or via email.
